Exercise Assistant is a Comprehensive Fitness Management Software for Pocket PC. It contains various modules to track every aspects related to fitness. All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop and can be copied back to PDA by "Backup & Restore" option. This helps in restoring all the details even if the Pocket PC is hard reset.
Details in every module can be transferred to three formats, i.e., HTML, Text, and CSV formats. Details in every module can also be generated into a report to take print-outs.
