The program is designed for a quick and handy management of shortcuts (those in the Start Menu as well as in any other place). You can create, edit, delete, copy and move shortcuts. Apart from regular operations, you can associate any icons with shortcuts as well as with folders. You can also associate a shortcut with a hardware button.
