Installing new Theme in the form of HME file
HME files need to be installed manually on the phone. To install, please follow these steps:
- Run Explore command in ActiveSync.
- Copy the HME file into the folder \IPSM\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories (Smartphone 2002/2000) or \Storage\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories (Smartphone 2003)
- On your phone, from the Home Screen go to Programs ->Accessories and run the file you just copied.
- Your Smartphone will install the Theme.
- Once installation is finished, your Smartphone will automatically remove the HME file. You do not need to do it yourself.
Uninstalling Theme
To uninstall Theme you may use standard uninstall procedure:
- From the Home Screen go to Program->Settings->Remove Programs.
- Select the appropriate line with name "Theme Generator NNN" (where NNN is the Theme name) and confirm removal.
How to Change your Theme
To switch the active Theme from already installed Themes, follow these steps:
- From the Home Screen go to Programs->Settings->Home Screen.
- Use the Color Scheme and Background Image to select your colors and theme.
- Select Done.
- Press Home.
- You will now see the new colors and background image.
